To place an order at the Carin Wester webshop you are required to provide us with your personal details and contact information. You also need to provide us with your payment details to be able to place an order. Please note that it is your own responsibility to provide us with valid and correct payment details as well as the personal details and contact information.
When you place an order at the Carin Wester webshop you will receive an electronic order confirmation to you email address. By placing an order at the Carin Wester webshop you agree to the legal terms and conditions of the Carin Wester webshop. We cannot guarantee that all items shown at the Carin Wester webshop is available in stock at the time of you order. Some sizes or items might be sold out. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by email and will give you a full refund within 30 days from when the order was placed. The Carin Wester webshop has the right to not accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.
All the prices displayed at the Carin Wester webshop are given in SEK and Euro VAT included. For orders outside the European Union (EU), we deliver your order according to Incoterm 2000, Delivery Unpaid Duty (DDU). The shipping costs are added as an extra cost and are therefore not included in the price of the items.
At the Carin Wester webshop it is only possible to pay with a credit card. We only accept Visa and MasterCard. The prices are given in SEK and Euro including Swedish VAT which is 25% of the price. For orders outside the European Union (EU), we deliver your order according to Incoterm 2000, Delivery Unpaid Duty (DDU). The price displayed at the checkout is excluding all taxes and duties, the 25% VAT will be deducted from your order amount at the checkout. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and taxes you might have to pay for your package as these charges are decided by your local Customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the prices displayed in the webshop. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed when you check out you items. The shipping cost can alter depending on which country you want your order to be delivered to. When you check out of the Carin Wester webshop your credit card will be charged with the amount of the purchased items and the shipping cost. You will then immediately receive an electronic order confirmation and once we receive the receipt of your payment the order will be processed.
PRIVATE POLICY & SECURITY
All transactions are processed by Certitrade, who enables secure online transactions. Certitrade is certified by the PCI Security Standards Council with a level 1 PCI certificate. We will work hard to keep you orders as well as your payments as secure as possible but in case of a third party reaches unauthorized access to any customer data, the Carin Wester webshop, Carin Wester and CWe Form & Design AB will not be held responsible for any loss on your side.
When the Carin Wester webshop has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will try to deliver your purchased items in the shortest amount of time possible and when the items leave our storage you will receive an email with your tracking number.
In Sweden, Denmark and Finland we ship with Posten and the shipping charges are 75 SEK. If you wish to have your order delivered to another country you can chose to ship with Fedex. The shipping cost for residents in other european countries and residents outside Europe varys depinding on which country you live in and which service you choose, see chart here below. You can find the exact shipping cost if you go to "checkout". If you can't find your country on the shippment list, please contact us and we will add it. The package will either be delivered to your shipping address, your local post office or delivery point depending on which country you live in. You will receive a notification when your package is ready to be picked up. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and taxes you might have to pay for your package as these charges are decided by your local Customs. You will be invoiced for eventual local taxes and duties. If you live within the European Union you do not have to pay for duties or taxes.
Please note that the delivery times are given as guidelines, we disclaim all responsible do to eventual delays in transfer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you wish to return an item you have purchased from the Carin Wester webshop you may return it within 14 days from the day you received the item from the Carin Wester webshop. You will receive a full refund within 30 days from when we receive the item at the Carin Wester webshop. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to the Carin Wester webshop. Please note that items lost in transportation will not be compensated. The shipping cost on returned or exchanged items are at the customers own expense.
If you wish to return an item purchased on the Carin Wester webshop you need to return it in perfect condition, new and unused with all the price tags and labels fully intact and with the receipt. The Carin Wester webshop does not accept returns and exchanges if the labels have been removed. If an item is used, dirty, washed, dry-cleaned or damaged it will not accepted. We wish for the products to be returned in their original package. If you wish to return shoes purchased from the Carin Wester webshop you need to return them in the shoe box they were delivered in. Please note that shoes purchased from the Carin Wester webshop should be tried on a carpeted surface to keep the soles of the shoes intact if you want to exchange or return them. Items that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted in case of return or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
If you need to exchange an item purchased from the Carin Wester webshop it is only possible if you want to exchange it to an item within the same price range. If you want to make an exchange please contact the Carin Wester webshop at email@example.com to make sure that the item you want to exchange to is available. If you want to exchange an item to a more expensive style you have to return the item and place a new order. Note that we only allow exchanges within 14 days from when you received the item.
IMPORTANT INFO: If the style you wish to exchange to is confirmed available or if you wish to return something you need to fill in the EXCHANGE AND RETURN FORM and send it with your package.
If you receive a damaged or defect item which you want to claim please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds for claims have to be made within 14 days after you received your order.
